Hello everyone! My name is Ameet Singh; I own and operate Steel Blade Barbershop in Livermore, CA. Born and raised in Fairfield, California, I first picked up a pair of clippers in the 11th grade. It was in high school that I found my love for barbering. While pursuing barber college and further getting my license, I also attended SJSU, where I received a bachelor’s degree in business management.

Owning a business is something that I have always wanted to pursue since a young age, and I am grateful that my dream has come to fruition. I aim to provide excellent customer service and tailor my services to the clients needs. Continuous improvement and goal setting are major keys I have set into my life, and I am excited to see what the future holds. I look forward to seeing you in my chair!

My name is Tlacaeleltzin Hernandez, but I go by Tlaca for short. I’m the newest addition to the Steel Blade Barbershop team, and happy to be here. I’ve been cutting hair for 8 years now, mastering all hair types and hair textures and have a deep love for the craft. Initially, what got me interested in the craft was when I started getting haircuts at 16 years old. Before then, I had really long hair due to my Native American traditions and never had a haircut in my life. Going to the barbershop became a part of my life and what ultimately made me fall in love with the craft. That feeling of a barbershop of where you can come in, feel comfortable, let out some stress, and getting your confidence back all while having a good laugh is what I strive to provide to everyone that sits in my chair. Barbering pays me in ways that money can’t. I look forward to getting to know you and helping you look your best for the years to come here at Steel Blade Barbershop!

My name is Arnel Catarroja. I’m 34 years old and I’m from Fairfield, CA. I have been a licensed barber since 2016. I love God, my family, and sports! Cutting hair has always been a hobby since middle school, it wasn’t until my mid 20’s that I realized, it was my passion. I have always worked in environments that allowed me to serve, communicate, and interact with people personally, and I’ve always enjoyed it. That is why I believe that working in this industry suits me.

I am constantly learning new styles & techniques and staying up to date with the newest trends. All the while staying rooted in the traditional barbering services and hairstyles. I am very happy to be a part of the team here at Steel Blade Barbershop. Barbering is not only my passion, but it is one of my callings. I look forward to seeing you soon!

Hi there, I’m Chase McKim, barber at Steel Blade Barbershop located in Downtown Livermore, CA. I have a deep passion for the craft of barbering and truly believe that the haircut experience is much more than just your average cut- it’s an opportunity to interact with the individual in my chair, fellowship with those in the shop, and to give my clients the opportunity to relax; all while enjoying a complimentary whiskey or a local craft beer in a comfortable environment.
